Top Industry Leaders Commend Ghana Property Awards for Driving Excellence in Real Estate
Five prominent figures in Ghana’s property sector—drawn from finance, real estate development, and diaspora-focused projects—have praised the Ghana Property Awards for its enduring impact and recognition of industry innovation.
Nana Aba Dabi, CEO of Aries Properties Ghana Limited, lauded the awards for giving visibility to female-owned companies and SMEs. She noted that being nominated affirms years of hard work and credibility. "This platform allows smaller, hardworking firms to be noticed by the industry and potential clients," she emphasized.
Emmanuel Amoako, CEO of Eden Security, credited the Ghana Property Awards for raising standards in property-related services. He stressed that being shortlisted reflects trust in a company’s professionalism and operational discipline. "Security in the built environment has evolved, and the awards capture that journey," he remarked.
Mike Nyinaku, representing First National Bank (FNB), congratulated the Ghana Property Awards on 15 years of consistency. He acknowledged the tough environment for real estate players and praised the organizers for their resilience. His broader insights on the market underlined the need for secure property transactions and encouraged diaspora buyers to use mortgages—regardless of liquidity—because the bank’s due diligence helps protect investments.
Hanna Atiase, CEO of E. Wells Realty & Consultancy, highlighted the awards' role in setting a benchmark for integrity and service delivery. She stated that industry recognition helps separate committed professionals from opportunists. "Being nominated means your work is being noticed—not just by clients, but by your peers," she said, adding that the awards provide a space for celebrating excellence, particularly in an unregulated sector.
Marvin Walker, Developer of Shark Island Resort & Residences, did not explicitly mention any specific award, but indirectly positioned his project as deserving of recognition. He cited unmatched sustainability practices, solar technology, and smart infrastructure, noting that “we don’t think we have competitors yet in design.” His pride in the project’s uniqueness and diaspora-targeted model reflected ambitions that align with the spirit of the awards.
While each speaker offered a different lens—security, development, diaspora, finance, or brokerage—all agreed that the Ghana Property Awards remains a crucial driver of accountability, industry pride, and innovation.
