The Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Eng. Khalid Ahmed Saleh Al Obaidli, announced plans to launch various initiatives in collaboration with relevant entities to boost Qatar’s real estate sector.
These initiatives include adopting international real estate specifications, enacting the Real Estate Development Regulation Law, establishing a digital platform for real estate information, and activating real estate dispute resolution committees.


Al Obaidli highlighted the authority’s commitment to serving as a catalyst and partner for the private sector, aiming to organize, stimulate, and regulate the real estate sector while attracting both domestic and foreign investments.
