Lena Rosenior, the Chief Technical Officer of De Graft Management Limited
(DGM), expressed her passion for technology and real estate.

During a zoom interview with PE Online TV in Accra, she revealed her extensive
experience of over 15 years in property, assets management and sales inspired her
to merge technology with the real estate industry.

Madam Rosenior highlighted the company’s software that effectively tracks assets,
ensuring their security through data monitoring. She emphasized that the software,
designed by DGM, is user-friendly and easily accessible.

The reception of their software in West Africa, Kenya, and Accra has been
outstanding, according to Madam Rosenior. She mentioned that DGM focuses on
providing top-notch in-house solutions for clients.

These sectors, which currently lack efficient software for tracking buildings and
assets, aim to reduce fraud, improve efficiency, and lower costs by an average of
40%.

Furthermore, De-Graft Management has developed AI-enabled waste management
technology. This innovation generates analytics on the amount and type of waste
generated and recycled, supporting safe and regular solid waste disposal and
collection for facilities managers, occupiers, collectors, recyclers, and government
entities.

She attributed their previous awards at the Ghana Property Awards to their
emphasis on relationship building, innovation, uniqueness, credibility, and trust.

The Chief Technical Officer of DGM expressed her excitement about the
upcoming Ghana Housing Show in the UK, where she hopes to connect with key
stakeholders, exchange ideas, and network.

In addition, Madam Rosenior emphasized the importance of empowering women
to venture into the property market.

She reaffirmed DGM’s commitment to creating jobs, serving as role models, and
supporting the growth of female software engineers, given the underrepresentation
of women in that field.

Madam Rosenior expressed the company’s intention to expand its operations to
other African countries, aiming for further growth and presence in the region.

She attributed their previous awards at the Ghana Property Awards to their strong
focus on relationship building, innovation, uniqueness, credibility, and trust.

Additionally, she emphasized the importance of empowering women to enter the
property market, highlighting the need for increased female representation and
support in the industry.

The company plans to expand its operations to other African countries in the
future.
