Rita Boakye, Sales and Marketing Executive at BOT Properties, has highlighted the company’s unique approach to delivering luxury properties at surprisingly affordable prices.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with PE TV in Accra, she emphasized, “We give you luxury, but it’s so affordable. We give you the best at a very low price.”
BOT Properties began its journey in 2008 with a focus on commercial properties in East Legon.
However, the company pivoted to residential properties two years ago, adding notable projects such as a residential apartment in Trasacco to its portfolio.
This shift was largely influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected demand for commercial spaces as more companies transitioned to remote work. “Due to COVID-19, the commercial spaces were not really doing well,” Rita explained.
Despite the challenges, BOT Properties capitalized on the thriving residential market. The company has seen significant success with residential townhouses in Kumasi and other locations. Their strategy includes offering the best prices in the market, flexible payment plans, and attending international conferences to attract foreign investors.
Additionally, they leverage digital marketing to expand their reach.
Initially focused on East Legon, BOT Properties has now ventured into more affordable housing projects, including developments in Madina.
Their commitment to quality and a customer-centric approach has earned them a nomination for the Most Promising Property Company at the Ghana Property Awards.
“The future looks really bright,” Rita concluded, expressing optimism about the company’s growth and vision for the real estate sector.
