Aba Amoah, a Chartered Valuation and Estate Surveyor, serves as the CEO of BDZ Properties Ltd.
Nana Akua Oppong-Birmeh, founder of Arch Xenus, is a trailblazer in Ghana’s architectural scene.
Kiran Daswani, CEO of The Greens Estate, is recognized for her contributions to real estate development in Accra.

Dr. Prince Hamidu Armah, the nominated Deputy Minister for Works and Housing, is urging the government to prioritize the timely completion of the Saglemi housing project.
Stressing the importance of finalizing the project, especially considering the significant state funds already invested in its construction, he emphasized the need to bring the original intent of the project to fruition.
The Saglemi Housing Project, initiated in 2016, has faced delays, prompting government concerns about its alignment with the best interests of the Ghanaian people.
During his vetting by the Parliament’s Appointments Committee, Dr. Hamidu Armah revealed that the government has established a technical committee dedicated to expediting actions towards completing the housing project.
The 11th annual East Africa Property Investment (EAPI) Summit is scheduled for April 17-18, 2024, in Nairobi, Kenya.
The summit will feature dedicated forums for housing, hospitality, retail, and proptech, aiming to be larger and more influential than previous editions.
Positioned in the dynamic economies of East Africa, the event expects over 500 attendees from 15 countries, bringing together international and regional leaders and representing more than 200 companies.
Themed “Inspire, Imagine, Invest,” the in-person summit at Radisson Blu, Upper Hill, Nairobi, will facilitate networking, exclusive deal opportunities, and valuable content sharing.
The event will host 90-plus speakers and provide various networking opportunities over two days.
