The court determined that a 1982 Court of Appeal decision, which granted ownership to the family, was based on fraudulent information.
The Lands Commission is directed to expunge all registrations and certificates related to the disputed land. Individuals who purchased land from the Numo Nmashie Family are advised to arrange tenancy agreements with the rightful owners, including the Boi Stool.

During a training workshop in Koforidua for the communication unit and focal persons, Mr. Ofori-Boadu disclosed this information and highlighted the importance of conducting a value-for-money audit for the chosen firm before proceeding. He anticipates the project rollout in the first quarter of 2024 once the audit is completed.
