The global hotel industry is recovering strongly as international travel rebounds, with major hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton, and Accor reporting increased occupancy rates and revenues.
Growth is driven by rising demand for both leisure and business travel, with average room rates and revenue per room surpassing pre-pandemic levels in many regions.
While luxury and boutique hotels see strong interest, budget options are also benefiting. Despite challenges like labor shortages and rising costs, the industry outlook for 2025 remains positive.
