As per the constitution governing the Ghana Property Awards, the current set of judges will retire after the 2024 edition, following ten years of commendable voluntary service. The term of the current panel expires at the conclusion of the 2024 awards.
Invitation for New Judges
We are now seeking applications from professionals interested in serving as judges for the Ghana Property Awards 2025. This is a voluntary, non-profit position. We invite professionals from the following fields to apply:
Institution of Engineers
Institute of Architects
Media professionals with expertise in Ghana’s infrastructure market
Financial analysts
Travel and hospitality experts
Ministry of Works and Housing (Real Estate and Rent Control)
Private developers or contractors
Experienced mystery shoppers with knowledge of Ghana’s holiday market
Institute of Surveyors
Sustainability experts
Past recipients of the Property Personality of the Year Award
