Activities include business networking, a beauty pageant, and showcasing Ghanaian traditions like the Kente Dance.

Ghanaians and the diaspora community are invited to attend and support NEGFest 2024.

Endurance Grand, a prominent member of the DWP Academy, has been selected to represent Ghana at the prestigious Culture Dance Clash Festival in Berlin, Germany.

Organized by Prince Ofori and Margarita Bönning-Ofori, the festival celebrates Black dance cultures and is marking its 10th anniversary this year under the theme “Rooted Fruits.”

The festival, running from May 15th to 20th, features workshops, classes, and dance battles.

Endurance will serve as a judge and speaker, hosting an Afropop workshop and participating in panel discussions.

Known for her vibrant energy and acclaimed choreography, Endurance has garnered recognition both locally and internationally.

The EMY Africa awards organizers celebrated Stevie Wonder’s 74th birthday in Accra, with high-profile guests like Dag Heward-Mills, Osei Kwame Despite, Rocky Dawuni, and Nana Adwoa Awindor attending a private dinner at Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong’s house.

Kojo Soboh, founder of EMY Africa, expressed honor in hosting Wonder and highlighted the organization’s aim to inspire greatness.

Becca and Wonder performed at the event.

President Akufo-Addo later conferred Ghanaian citizenship on Wonder and his family, acknowledging his creative legacy.

Wonder had previously announced plans to relocate to Ghana permanently in 2021, citing a desire to be valued and respected, particularly by his grandchildren.

Nando’s, a South African-based multinational quick service restaurant chain, has partnered with India’s K Hospitality to expand its presence in India.

The joint venture plans to open 150 new restaurants in Indian cities by 2033, starting with an outlet in Hyderabad in mid-2024.

Both companies share a passion for hospitality and Nando’s signature flame-grilled Peri-Peri chicken.
