E Wells Realty and Consultancy recently hosted its second edition of the First-Time Home Buyers Seminar in Accra, shedding light on the often-overlooked path of building generational wealth through real estate.
The event aimed to educate and inspire both local and diaspora participants to consider real estate as a means to secure their financial future.

Shifting Mindsets: From Home Ownership to Generational Wealth

Key speakers at the event emphasized the need to shift mindsets from mere home ownership to building generational wealth, asserting that “90 millionaires started with real estate portfolios.” The focus was not only on owning a home but on creating a lasting legacy, one house at a time.

Educating Against Real Estate Fraud

Madam Haana Atisase , CEO of E Wells and Realty, highlighted the prevalence of real estate fraud and the importance of education to prevent individuals from falling victim. Practical advice included conducting due diligence, verifying documentation, and avoiding cash transactions. She urged prospective buyers to ensure that real estate agents have registered offices and proper documentation.

Key Insights and Collaborations

The seminar featured two panel discussions, exhibitions, and mentorship programs, providing attendees with a comprehensive understanding of real estate, including residential and commercial properties. Collaborations with entities such as FNBBank and Easy Housing were highlighted, offering financing packages and affordable housing models for diaspora members.

Investment Opportunities Unveiled

Realtors expressed optimism about the investment opportunities discussed during the event.
There were presentations on Shark Island, RADOF Investments and Logistics, Samarl HandyMan services, Jobo Max Homes, Temple Mount, and Rehomes Homes amongst others.

These insights provided participants with a broader perspective on the diverse investment landscape in the region.

Addressing Challenges in the Real Estate Market

The seminar did not shy away from addressing challenges within the real estate market, particularly the unregulated nature in Ghana. Attendees were encouraged to exercise caution, conduct thorough research, and engage in the due diligence necessary to navigate the complexities of the market.

Empowering Through Education

The event also featured the personal journeys of real estate entrepreneurs Anna Aru and Marvin Walker. They emphasized the need for continuous education, awareness creation through real estate market master classes, and the importance of improving the maintenance culture of properties with a mindset of wealth creation.

E Wells Realty and Consultancy succeeded in creating a platform that not only educated participants about the intricacies of the real estate market but also inspired them to consider real estate as a powerful tool to secure their financial future.
