The second edition of the Diaspora Ghana Property Awards and Housing Exhibition, took place
on Saturday, June 24 at the Wembley Stadium and Brent Civic Center in the UK.
The prestigious event drew a diverse audience of industry professionals, investors, and
individuals interested in the Ghanaian real estate market, attracting real estate developers from
Ghana who showcased their outstanding properties and investments.
The primary objective of the event was to promote Ghana’s thriving real estate sector and offer
Ghanaian developers a platform to showcase their innovative projects to an international
audience.
Adom City Estates emerged of “Mass Social Housing of the Year” for 2023, while Ace Heights
claimed the coveted title of “Affordable Luxury Real Estate Brand Ghana.”

Consultancy, trusted Real Estate Agent Broker of the year 2023; Elegant Homes & General
Construction Limited, Best Residential Developer Middle-Income Luxurious of the Year; and
DGM Property and Asset Management System, PropTech Innovation of the Year, all received
well-deserved recognition.
